The services are provided by Claudia Filipa Rodrigues da Conceição, trading as Claudia Rodrigues under the Cláudia Araújo brand, VAT number LU36710670, with a professional address at 79 Route d'Esch, L-4450, Belvaux, Luxembourg.

By using this website or completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Information shown on the website, in the booking calendar, and at checkout forms part of the pre-contractual information for the service you select.

The services are delivered online and organised as follows:

Mentoring and body analysis support self-awareness and practical guidance. They do not replace diagnosis, treatment, or medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice from a qualified professional.

Available appointments are shown in Google Calendar from Monday to Saturday and always depend on availability at the time of booking.

Sessions take place online using Google Meet. The session link and details are sent to the email address entered during booking.

The client is responsible for checking that the email address, time zone, and other information entered are correct.

The total prices currently shown for the services are:

A €30 reservation fee is charged at booking and deducted from the total service price. The remaining balance is paid separately using the options communicated by the provider.

For Compass Mentoring, the €770 balance may be paid in full or in 3 monthly instalments of €256.67. Because amounts are rounded to the nearest cent, the instalments total €770.01. Stripe always shows the exact amount before payment is confirmed.

Payments, including the reservation fee connected with a Google Calendar booking, are processed by Stripe. Cláudia Araújo does not receive or store full card details.

Prices are shown in euros. Under the current Luxembourg small-business VAT exemption, no VAT is added. If the tax regime changes, the applicable amount will be shown before purchase.

You may reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment using the options in the confirmation email or by contacting the provider.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, or non-attendance, results in loss of the €30 reservation fee.

If the provider needs to change a session, a new date will be offered or, where appropriate, the amount already paid for the undelivered session will be refunded.

When booking a session, you agree to:

Website content and the materials, methods, exercises, and documents supplied as part of the services belong to the provider or are used with permission. They may not be copied, sold, published, or distributed without written permission.

Outcomes depend on each person’s circumstances and participation. No specific personal, professional, or financial result is guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not responsible for decisions made solely by the client on the basis of sessions or materials.

You retain all mandatory rights granted to you by applicable consumer-protection law.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies and you request that the service begin before that period ends, the consequences provided by law may apply. Any consent required must be given expressly.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rules applying in the client’s country of habitual residence.
